The special election held by the Robbinsville School District to raise the tax levy by $2.75 million passed by a vote of 1,651 (54%) to 1,406 (46%) on March 12.

The results are official.

All voting took place at Robbinsville High School. Of 12,077 registered voters in Robbinsville, 3,060 (25.3%) casted ballots, according to the Mercer County election page summary.

According to the interpretive statement on the special election ballot, the $2.75 million
"will maintain teachers and instructional assistants, current programs, facilities, and current levels of courtesy bussing, athletics, and co-curricular activities. Approval of these taxes will permanently increase the tax levy.”

The projected monthly tax increase through 2025 can be viewed in the chart provided by the school district below. Actual amounts will be reflected in forthcoming quarterly tax bills provided by the Township.

Robbinsville voters had rejected the $4.8 million referendum during the November 7, 2023 general election.
