ROBBINSVILLE, NJ - (April 14, 2020) - Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Mayor Dave Fried will deliver the 2020 State of Robbinsville Township/Pay it Forward Address on May 19, 2020 via video at 6 p.m.
The video will be available at www.robbinsville.net, on the Robbinsville Township Facebook page and through the Newsfeed. The annual event was scheduled to be held at The Stone Terrace by John Henry's.
The Community Addiction Recovery Effort (C.A.R.E.) again will serve as the fiscal sponsor, with all proceeds being directed to families impacted by recent personal events, along with individuals and families directly affected by the COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis.

In addition to allocating $200,000 for Office of Emergency Management supplies and equipment in his 2020 budget delivered to Township Council on Thursday, March 26, Mayor Fried announced via video March 29 that municipal taxes will be kept flat in spite of the recent events. If the proposed budget of $25.3 million is adopted, it would mark the eighth consecutive year of either flat or reduced taxes. Mayor Fried also announced Sunday that the Robbinsville School District also will remain flat on the tax front for 2020.
Township debt is earmarked to be reduced by over $100,000, along with $900,000 allocated for street and parking lot repairs.
