MILLING AND RESURFACING
Robbinsville-Allentown Road (CR 526) Underway
Work began July 6 with an anticipated completion time of approximately three (3) weeks (weather permitting).
During construction, Robbinsville-Allentown Road would be closed to through traffic from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. During this time, motorists would be directed to use West Manor Way, Gordon Road, Sharon Road and the connector road between Sharon Road and the Robbinsville Bypass (CR 526). Access will be permitted for local residents, municipal and emergency vehicles. Normal traffic patterns would resume all other times.
DOT TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN:
* From eastbound Robbinsville-Allentown Rd (at Main St) - make right onto Main St; make right Route 130 North; make right onto Sharon Rd; make right onto Gordon Rd; make right onto W Manor Way; to Robbinsville-Allentown Rd.
* From northbound Main St (at Robbinsville-Allentown Rd) - make left onto Robbinsville-Allentown Rd; make right onto Sharon Rd exit; make right onto Sharon Rd; make right onto Gordon Rd; make right onto W Manor Way; to Robbinsville-Allentown Rd.
* From westbound Robbinsville-Allentown Rd (at West Manor Way) – make right onto West Manor Way; make left onto Gordon Rd; make left onto Sharon Rd; make left onto Robbinsville-Allentown Rd.
Mercer County staff would post signs prior to the start date advising motorists of the upcoming road work. Would you or a member of your staff please coordinate and notify the affected local residents and businesses, emergency response and school transportation officials and other pertinent groups, agencies or organizations that may be temporarily inconvenienced due to construction.
This project is being completed by the Mercer County Department of Transportation and Infrastructure and is consistent with our ongoing efforts to improve our roadways.

The above project is in addition to ongoing pavement resurfacing along Old Trenton Road (CR 535) from South Post Road to Robbinsville-Edinburg Road - also being performed by the Mercer County Department of Transportation (DOT).

During that construction, Old Trenton Road would be closed to through traffic from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Motorists would be directed to use Cubberley Road, Line Road and Robbinsville Edinburg Road. However, local access would be permitted for residents. Normal traffic conditions would resume all other times.
