Recreation Policies

REGISTRATION POLICIES - PLEASE READ:
Programs are open to all Township of Robinnsville Residents. All registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited for some programs. Registrations and payments, in the form of cash or check, are accepted at the Recreation Division. Checks should be made payable to "Township of Robinnsville Recreation."

Program Cancellation Policy:
The Recreation Division reserves the right to cancel any program if there is insufficient enrollment or change any of the dates, times, locations, ages, fees or other information for any program. All registration fees for cancelled programs will be refunded.

Refund Policy:
No exceptions will be made to this policy. Please read carefully.
Registrants who wish to withdraw prior to the start of the program may be issued a refund only if the Recreation Division is notified in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the starting date of the program. A 20% administrative service charge will be imposed for all refunds granted. No refunds will be granted after a program has started.
