RTPD Reminds Residents
to Lock Vehicles

The Robbinsville Police Department is currently investigating a series of burglaries and thefts to motor vehicles that occurred during the overnight hours on Tuesday September 3. In one instance a vehicle was stolen.

The incidents seem to be isolated to a small section of Town Center. These areas include:

• The Lofts Parking Lot at 2350 Route 33
• The first block of North Commerce Square
• Union Street near Robbinsville Edinburg Road
• The 900 Block of Robbinsville Edinburg Road
• The 100 Block of Heritage Street
• The 1200 Block of Park Street

The unknown person(s) removed mostly cash and coin from vehicles parked in the area.

Anyone in the immediate area that has surveillance cameras or may have observed something is encouraged to contact Robbinsville Police Department Det. Sgt. Adrian Markowski at (609) 259-3900.

Residents are reminded to always remove their key fobs from all vehicles and lock their car doors at all times. Please report any suspicious activity to RTPD immediately.

“We have increased patrols throughout the Township effective (Wednesday),” Mayor and Director of Public Safety Dave Fried said. “Robbinsville remains one of the safest towns in the State, but the motto remains the same: If you see something, say something.”
