ROBBINSVILLE, N.J. - Mayor Dave Fried's 2017 State of Robbinsville Township Address, in conjunction with the MidJersey Chamber of Commerce, will "Pay it Forward" to Sharon School teacher Deb Dauer, who is currently waging a courageous battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn on Route 130 South in Hamilton Township.
ALS is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that causes muscles to weaken and eventually stop working. Robbinsville Township, the MidJersey Chamber and Ability Tree are raising funds to help make Deb’s home more wheelchair accessible so she can continue to “Live to Love” and “Love to Live.”
Since 2015, the State of the Township Address and Pay it Forward initiatives have raised over $60,000 for select causes.
Networking hour with open bar (beer & wine) at the Hilton Garden Inn on Route 130 South will begin at 6:30 p.m. Dinner buffet begins at 7:15 p.m. Mayor Fried will deliver the State of Robbinsville Township at approximately 8:15 p.m. Seating is limited. The cost is $105 per-person, or $1,000 for a table of 10.
