West Windsor provides health code enforcement services to Robbinsville Township through a shared services agreement, which has been in place for more than a decade. Through this contract, West Windsor acts as the health agency for Robbinsville. This is no different than if Robbinsville residents were contacting their own municipality. Agreements of this type are encouraged to hold down property taxes.
