LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CONSERVATION ELEMENT
OF THE ROBBINSVILLE TOWNSHIP MASTER PLAN,
ROBBINSVILLE TOWNSHIP, MERCER COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
Please take notice that the Robbinsville Township Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on a possible amendment to the Conservation Plan Element of the Robbinsville Township Master Plan to include a natural resource inventory. Said hearings shall take place at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19th, 2011, and if necessary on October 26th, 2011 in the Senior Center, which is located in the Robbinsville Township Municipal Complex, 1117 Route 130, Robbinsville, NJ 08691. At the stated time and place, interested members of the public will be given an opportunity to be heard and present any comments related to said plan. Meetings will end promptly at 10:00 p.m. or sooner at the direction of the Chairman.
The purpose of these meetings will be to hear the Environmental Commission present the Environmental Resource Inventory to the Planning Board with the recommendation that it be adopted as part of the Master Plan.
Formal action may or may not be taken at said meetings.
A copy of the proposed amendment to the Master Plan, entitled, “ERI for the Township of Robbinsville, Mercer County, New Jersey” shall be on file and available for public inspection at least ten (10) days prior to the date of said hearings at the offices of the Robbinsville Township Clerk and Planning Office, 1 Washington Blvd., Suite 6, Robbinsville, NJ 08691 during normal business hours. It will also be on the web page: www.robbinsville-twp.org.
