Tennis Lessons Pee wee (ages 5-6) lessons will introduce children to tennis related skills such as eye hand coordination, tracking, and balance. Emphasis will be on fun and success.
Beginner (ages 7-13) lessons are for those with limited tennis experience. Class will provide a good foundation while emphasizing proper stroke mechanics and basic footwork. Again, emphasis will be on fun and success.
Advanced Beginners (ages 7-13) lessons are for students who have mastered the beginner level class. Emphasis is on rallying & serving from the baseline. The goal is to play "real" tennis and to start playing on a consistent basis.
Teens (13-17) Learn or re-learn the fundamentals of tennis. Basic strokes and doubles strategies will be taught in this class.

Functional art objects will also be created along with spring themed animals and scenes. One canvas painting will also be created during the session. LEGO® BRICKS - Preschool Program: "A Trip to the Zoo!" Each week children build a simple model such as a Camel, an Elephant or a Giraffe using Brick kits during our Bricks 4 Kidz class. Our classes also emphasize essential preschool skills like recognizing letters, identifying colors, A-B patterning, comparing more or less, following directions, finger play & fine motor skills.

Yogalates A fusion of Yoga and Pilates techniques, this class mixes both disciplines. It promotes mind-body connection, and helps alleviate stress with coordination of the breath. You will also strengthen and tone your body. Final relaxation period at the end of class. Please bring a mat. All levels are welcome.

Pilates You will learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates Method with an exercise routine to work your core with integral movements to strengthen and tone the entire body. Hula Hoop Fitness This upbeat, aerobic workout blends the invigoration of carbio with a mind-body connection while improving coordination, balance, and core strength. We will use the hoop on and off the body while moving and dancing to fun music playlists. No prior hula hoop or dance experience needed. Come ready to have fun!!
