Property tax bills are due and payable on the first day of February, May, August and November. There is a 10 day grace period. Payment must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the 10th of the month that taxes are due. If the 10th falls on a weekend or legal holiday, the grace period is extended to the next business day. If payment is received after the grace period, interest accrues back to the due date of the 1st of the month.
