McGowan Sworn in as Council President
Sheree McGowan was sworn in as Council President and Rich Levesque took the oath as Vice President at Robbinsville Township’s reorganization meeting Thursday, July 1. McGowan and Levesque were sworn in for one-year terms that expire June 30, 2011.

Sheree McGowan, in her second year as a member of the Robbinsville Township Council, takes the oath of office as Council President Thursday, July 1, during the Robbinsville Council reorganization meeting. Ms. McGowan’s brother, attorney David E. Sachs of Metuchen, administered the oath, while the new Council President’s husband, Michael McGowan, held a family Torah.
