We are in great need of volunteer tutors to help our Basic Literacy and English as a Second Language students throughout Mercer County.
There will be TWO tutor training courses held in April and May 2008.
An evening course will be held at ETS (Educational Testing Service) headquarters in Princeton from 6:00-9:00 on seven consecutive Wednesday, beginning on Wednesday, April 9th and ending Wednesday, May 28th
A daytime course will be held at the Robbinsville Library, 42 Robbinsville/Allentown Road, from 10:00 – 1:00 on the following Fridays:

April 11 May 9
April 18 May 16
May 2 May 30
Two handbooks will be provided to the tutors, who will be certified in both Basic Literacy and English as a Second Language upon completion of the classes. Interested people should call Literacy Volunteers in Mercer County at 609-587-6027, for further information and enrollment details.
