• Shall consist of the Township Engineer, the Planning Consultant, the Planning and/or Zoning Board Attorney, and the Planning/Zoning Administrator.
   
• Be responsible for the determination of the completeness of an application.
   
• Review all applications for development prior to consideration by the Planning Board and/or the Zoning Board.
   
• Conduct informal meetings with applicants and/or their professionals to discuss the application prior to being heard by and Board.
   
• Shall act in an advisory capacity to the Planning and Zoning Boards.
